CHI RITUALS currently ships exclusively to the USA and Canada.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within three (3) business days. Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Lost or Damaged Items
CHI RITUALS is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the shipping process. In the event of such an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Return Policy
Due to the inherent characteristics of crystals, which may include natural cracks, we do not accept returns for crystals. These natural features are not considered defects.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds solely for services or products that CHI RITUALS is unable to fulfill. Refunds are not provided for issues related to the quality of the service.

To request a refund, please contact our customer service within 90 days of your purchase. Proof of purchase may be required.
Exchanges
